Please be aware that the REleven (R11) Age Range is just an estimated suggestion, according to the average weight and height of children in that age group. If you prefer to get a different size you can do so.

Returns policy:

Pro Touch SA Community Interest Company accepts returns within 14 days if products are not; used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. All products need to be returned in original packaging with the original tags and labels attached.

No products may be returned to Pro Touch SA Community Interest Company without the prior written consent of Pro Touch SA Community Interest Company. To return any uniform, please send an email to 'uniform@protouchsa.co.uk' first, ensuring you quote 'PTSA Uniform Returns' . Please be aware you may be subject to a return charge.

Exchanges:

We do not offer an exchange service. If you would like to change an item for something else, or change an item for a different size, or style, you will have to return the item(s) and make a new order online.

Cancelling your order:

As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 7 days and will be refunded amount of your order to the account the order originally was paid from. To cancel your order, please send an email to 'uniform@protouchsa.co.uk', making sure to quote 'Cancel PTSA Online Shop Order'. Please include your order number, the email used to make the order and the name the order was made under.

If an item has been puchased for click and collect, you will be given up to 2 sundays to collect your order at our Sunday Training Sessions. Failure to collect your order within two consectutive PTSA Sunday training days, will result in your order being cancelled and your money returned via the original payment method.
