Pro Touch SA Uniform Changes - Update 2022

This is an important announcement with regards to the status of the new Pro Touch SA uniform and how to purchase the items in the new collection. This post has been divided into 7 sections.

It is important that you read this entire post, so please read each section below carefully before contacting us for information, as your answer may be in this post.

 

SECTION 1: Purchasing Pro Touch SA Uniform / NEW Online Shop

We have officially removed all PTSA uniform from our Team Fee Pay Store and Trial Payments have also been removed from our SumUp Store. All uniform will be available to purchase on our new online store via https://protouchsa.myshopify.com/ . We will be releasing uniform in stages (for more information about this please read Section 2). We will no longer be taking cash or card payments for uniform. All uniform must be purchased online and collected on Sundays, during academy training only. Do not ask to pay via cash or card payment, or to collect uniform on a different day, as your request will be denied. We will only be offering a click and collect service for uniform. We will not be offering deliveries. 

 

Our new online store (https://protouchsa.myshopify.com/) will make it easier for parents and players to:

1. Find out how to join our academy

2. Make a booking for a Pro Touch SA Trial (for all queries regarding our trials, how to join our academy, or what happens after the trial stage, please email trials@protouchsa.co.uk)

3. Purchase uniform (please ensure you shop the relevant collection when purchasing uniform, e.g; Elite Academy, Development Academy or S.E.N.D. For all uniform queries please email uniform@protouchsa.co.uk)

4. Find out news and any changes/updates to our Academy, including; half term holiday camps, PTSA Little Ballers, awards, academy trips, match events, results, etc via our PTSA Blog

5. Find relevant contact information for Pro Touch SA Staff

For now, THE NEW PTSA UNIFORM WILL BE RELEASED IN STAGES, STARTING FROM 3OTH OCTOBER 2022. On each uniform release day, we will help parents purchase uniform if they need help, at the Market Road Football Pitches, during our Sunday academy training sessions. We will begin to make size guides and product information available on our store by November/December 2022. For now, most products are listed as out of stock until we receive our delivery.

SECTION 2: Uniform Changes (New Uniform Rescheduled)

As many of you may know, in June and July 2022, the Pro Touch SA CEO made an announcement, after a few Sunday training sessions and sent a message out to all parents, informing them that all Pro Touch SA uniform would be changing in September 2022. Unfortunately the academy CEO had last minute plans to change his uniform designs. This has affected the scheduling for the new uniform launch, which was supposed to be available for all Pro Touch SA Academy Members to purchase in September 2022. 

Due to the last minute changes, the new Pro Touch SA uniform will be released in stages, starting from 30th October 2022. On each uniform release day, we will help each parent purchase uniform by group, at the Market Road Football Pitches. If uniform becomes available at an earlier date, you will be informed by your child's coach. For now all players are required to wear what they already have. When we receive our delivery, all parents and players will be informed, so parents can purchase uniform via https://protouchsa.myshopify.com/ . We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

SECTION 3: The New PTSA Uniform Collection & The New Release Dates

The new collection has been listed below. Items marked '**' are new/have replaced the old uniform. Items in marked  '*' will remain the same as the last uniform collection. All items in the New PTSA Uniform Collection have now been made compulsory by the CEO. This means all players must have the items listed below. We do not expect players who are not goalkeepers to purchase the goalkeeper match shirt. Players must ensure they have the items that are relevant to the position they play. The CEO has said "The first compulsory items available to purchase from the 30th October 2022 will be the; (1) PTSA Football, (2) PTSA Rucksack and for those who do not have it yet, the (3) PTSA Gold & White Home Match Shirt, (4) PTSA Black Shorts and (5) PTSA Football Socks. All Elite Academy players & Development Academy players  will need to have items 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 as they will be used during training. Our S.E.N.D players do not need to purchase the PTSA Football". 

 

The New PTSA Uniform Collection & The Release Day:

(All items listed below are now compulsory for most academy players as of the availability date listed below. Please read our PTSA Uniform Checklist to find out which items are compulsory for your child. )

1. ** PTSA (REleven) Football: Available from Sunday 30th October 2022 (The Football comes in 3 sizes; 3, 4 & 5. Your child's coach will need to tell you what size you need to purchase.)  

2. * PTSA Rucksack: Available from Sunday 30th October 2022

3. ** PTSA (REleven) Home Match Shirt: More sizes available from Sunday 30th October 2022

4. * PTSA (REleven) Black Shorts: More sizes available from Sunday 30th October 2022

5. * PTSA (REleven) Football Socks: More sizes available from Sunday 30th October 2022

6. * PTSA Drawstring Bag: Available from Sunday 30th October 2022

7. * PTSA (REleven) Padded Jacket: Available from Sunday 30th October 2022

8. ** PTSA (REleven) Training Top - Expected to arrive before March 2023. (This date may change, you can always refer back to this post for up to date information.)

9. ** PTSA (REleven) Away Match Shirt -  Expected to arrive before March 2023. (This date may change, you can always refer back to this post for up to date information.)

11. ** PTSA (REleven) Goalkeeper Match Shirt -  Expected to arrive before March 2023. (This date may change, you can always refer back to this post for up to date information.)

12. ** PTSA (REleven) Academy Player's Tracksuit - Expected to arrive before March 2023. (This date may change, you can always refer back to this post for up to date information.)
